my partner and
i joined forces in 1991 in a service industry that desperately
needed a leader to set the standards of excellence in the
washington dc metropolitan area. building on a history that
goes back to 1931 in upper new york state where my partner’s
grandfather started the business, we decided to revolutionize
the way services were provided in the capital of the united
states.
our model was simple; always exceed customer

of long-term, trust based, relationships. for the past three
years we have been the undisputed number one provider of services
in our market and have been recognized as number four in the

i was born and
raised in bucharest romania many years ago. my heart and soul
have always missed the people and the places that i left behind
and i promised myself that if i ever had the chance to reconnect
i would do it. a few years ago i came to visit and realized
that i possessed the knowledge of how to set up and deliver
the same level of service in romania as we do in the united
states. starlimo services became the vehicle with witch we
would show the world that we will deliver services at the
highest level of western standards and that in some cases,
that we will even exceed them.
my partners and i were fortunate to find
